Start by setting aside a sauce pan of water and bring to the boil, add a dash of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan. Place stuffed raviolli (or pasta of your choice) in boiling water for 10 mins. Now heat through your 805 Creamy Garlic & Herb sauce in a saucepan until piping hot, (feel free to add chopped Ham or Chicken at this point). To plate, Spoon over 805 Creamy Garlic & Herb Sauce over cooked Pasta and generously sprinkle with Parmesan or Mature Cheddar. Delicious!

Griddled Vegetable Platter

Griddled Vegetable Platter

 

Chop some Aubergine's, Mushrooms, chunks of Peppers, sliced Courgette and Asparagus into a bowl (you could also use any of your favourite root veg). Drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil and toss until all veg is coated. Heat a griddle pan until smoking hot or place in oven and cook the vegetables in batches until slightly char-grilled and tender. Warm your 805 Creamy Garlic & Herb Sauce in a small pan or microwave and serve with griddled vegetables. Excellent as a starter or side to a main meal. Healthy and delicious!
