King Prawn Skewers

King Prawn Skewers

 

Place 'shell on' Tiger or king prawns in a glass bowl with a mix of fresh vegetables and pour over half a pot of 805 Bell & Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce (feel free to add extras, such as squid or mussels at this point). Coat prawns in sauce and set aside for a minimum of 50 minutes to marinate. Thread the prawns and veg onto wooden skewers and griddle or BBQ on a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Treat yourself with a homemade coleslaw with 805 Creamy Garlic & Herb sauce as a flavoursome dressing.

Steak Sandwich

Steak Sandwich

 

Cook a Steak Fillet or your chosen meat to your liking. Slice meat into strips on the diagonal. Use to top a chunk of fresh baguette (or chosen bread) along with a little grated carrot, cabbage and fresh lettuce then simply spoon over 805 Bell & Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce to taste.
