Pan Fried Sea Bass

Pan Fried Sea Bass

 

Start by heating up 2 tbsp's of oil in a frying pan and allow sea bass (or any fish) fillets to cook skin side down for approx 3-4 minutes or until skin begins to crisp. Add your desired amount of 805 Original Hot Monika Sauce to pan and turn fish fillets over.

Continue to cook until sauce begins to gently simmer (5-7) minutes. Once the fish fillets are cooked and coated in 805 Monika Sauce, serve with your chosen side.

Lamb Curry

Lamb Curry

 

First, brown some cubes of lamb neck fillet in 1tbsp of olive oil then add half a pot of 805 Original Hot Monika Sauce to pot and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until fragrant. Stir in some chopped fresh or tinned tomatoes, along with a little water. Simmer until the meat is tender and soft and served with Basmati or Wild rice. Simple & Delicious!
