Wood smoked Bacon and vegetable Quiche

  • 805 Creamy Garlic & Herb sauce
  • 4 free range Eggs
  • 1 savoury Pastry case
  • Wood smoked Bacon
  • Cherry tomatoes & Parmesan cheese
  • Vegetables of your choice


Pre heat your oven to 160 degrees. Beat all your eggs in a bowl and and add 1/4 cup of 805 Creamy Garlic & Herb Sauce to the mixture (cold) and grated Parmesan cheese. Pan fry your bacon and keep to one side. Next chop up all your vegetables and add these to your egg mixture. Once done, pour your mixture into the savoury pastry case. Dice cooked bacon over the mixture and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
