Chicken Stew, with plum Tomatoes and Monika Sauce (Monika sauce)

Serves 2


  • 4 Tbsp 805 Original Monika Hot Sauce
  • 300g Chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 can Peeled Plum Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Sweet Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Sweet Yellow Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


Begin by chopping your Onions, Peppers and cubing your meat. Next heat your frying pan to gas mark 5 and begin to fry Onions. Once onions start to golden, add 300g of cubed Chicken breast, reduce heat to gas mark 4 and gently fry. As Chicken begins to cook through, add 1 can of Peeled Plum Tomato with juice and peppers. Next add 4Tbsp 805 Original Monika Hot Sauce and allow to simmer for 8-10 mins. Serve with you choice Rice or Pasta and enjoy a aromatic and flavoursome dinner.
