Spicy Beef (Monika Sauce)

Serves 2


  • 4 Tbsp pf 805 Original Monika Hot Sauce (more if you like it hotter)
  • 5-700g of Beef Sirloin
  • 1/2 medium onion (we used white but red is as good)
  • 1/2 Fresh Scotch Bonnet Pepper (without seeds)
  • 1 Spring Onion


Begin by slicing your Beef or chosen meat on the diagonal. Season with a pinch of salt and 2 Tbsps of 805 Original Monika hot Sauce. . Give meat a quick stir and keep to one side. Next heat frying pan (with oil) st gas mark 5. Whilst pan heats, begin to roughly chop 1/2 a medium sized Onion and your favourite Vegetables (we used fresh Scotch bonnets for extra heat). Once oil in the pan starts to smoke a little, add Onions, then Beef and allow to cook through. Add 2 more Tbsps of 805 Original Monika hot Sauce and Finish by adding your chosen vegetables. Enjoy the fresh and warming taste of Ginger, Onions and Peppers in this sauce. Amazing with Beef or any meat for that matter.
