Suya & brown sugar caramelised Bananas with Ice cream

  • 3 tbsp 805 Suya spice mix
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 4 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Vanilla Ice cream or Ice cream of your choice


Begin by peeling and rolling your bananas in 805 Suya spice. Once done, simply heat your brown sugar in a pan on a high heat until sugar begins to melt. Next, place bananas in frying pan and allow sugar to coat the Bananas. Remove from pan after 7-8 mins and serve with your favourite flavour ice cream
