Moroccan Style Meat balls

  • 4-5 tbsp 805 Ras el hanout spice mix
  • 500g Minced Lamb
  • 2 Onions, peeled
  • 4 fresh chopped Tomatoes
  • chopped Parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp Cooking Oil


Start by adding 2-3 tbsp of 805 Ras el hanout spice mix to minced Lamb. Chop up some of your Parsley leaves and mix in too. Roll your Lamb into small meatball shapes. Next add oil to a frying pan or Tagine. Allow oil to heat and add diced onions. Place meatballs in pan and reduce heat, cooking very gently. Next chop up your tomatoes and add to frying pan. Give the pan a good shake and let cook for 40-45 minutes. Whilst cooking, taste and add extra 805 Ras el hanout to taste. Chop up leftover parsley and sprinkle over before serving!
